We are happy for you to return a item if you have chosen the wrong size, or had a change of mind if the following steps are followed:

  • Item has not been worn/damaged
  • All original tags/packaging is included (If supplied)
  • Postage paid both ways (send a pre paid satchel with item)


In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item we will organise a pre paid satchel to be sent to you to get the item back to us for inspection. Upon inspection we will send you out the correct item, if it is out of stock we will offer a refund, replacement or store credit. We will not refund for change of mind or choosing the wrong item. 


We offer a 12 month guarantee on all our products against manufacturing defaults for stitching and prints. To start this process you will need to email us photos to [email protected] with a copy of your online invoice to speed the process up.
